Unfotunetly its true, Not all customers are accomdating, Things can go terrbily wrong, and shoes can be stolen from me. Its rather devistaing to say the least, Ive been making and selling shoes onlne for 15 years and so Ive had issues , some really do want to make me quit, I figure I would use a blog post to vent as I can only take so much.
Update NOV 2025.
I met with my old shipping agent for a drink and I told him a story of a finacial loss I recieved from a customer, and he remind me of of an incident t hat happened over 10 years ago, An owner of a launge school in Jew Jerey that stole a pair of shoes, even those DHL actually provided me with an image of the shoes lying on the customers doorstep with the box cut open, and shoes exposed the customer stated that no shoes were in the box. Sheesh.

Stole Stole 4 pairs from me on the 17th of Feb 205, The order came through on Black Friday, I made 4 pairs of boots, Mr Karim wasn't happy regarding 1 pair which is fair enough but he put in a claim for all 4 pairs and naturally his cridit card has sided with him, Slient treatment. No, its called theft, An opportunity Mr Krim could not resist.

This was a bade one, I send a bespoke pair on blind trust. on good faith and customer didnt pay, My mistake the customer was in contact with me right up untill the day I sent, for some reason I deiced to just get on the with sending as he has ordered a few pairs in the past. A good fiath order gone bad, the tempation was to much for him to not pay after booking. He would rather burn bridges for a free pair than pay the small amout owed.

This was one of the worst, I met Dr Allan Adrian at my factory, I measured his foot, I made 2 pair for him,I delivord to his Hotel across town, Last minute rush to delivory myself before he was to fly home to Olso the very next day, A few days later he revesred the charges on me, He asked to use a credit card for payment and well thats was the result, I sometimes look him up as his name is spelled the same as mine, Hes Armenian. and a Doctor, He even visited my factory with his mum, jesus.
