Hi. I am Allan Donnelly, I am the owner of Don's Footwear, I operate and run a shoe factory of 10 Shoe Makers, My main job in the factory is to design and cut patterns for new styles and work planning,  these past 2 years I have also been shoe lasts.  My Team is my wife and her assistant then we have 3 Upper makers ( Clickers), 5 lasting men and one talented finishing man that applied the creams and burnishes the shoes. We are one of the very few shoemakers in the world that still make Hand-Welted shoes. Its a very slow process.  We also make full bespoke from time to time.
